“Extremely happy. Helmet wasn't available in size L so I called the store. They realized that that size was actually currently available at the manufacturer so they told me to wait five minutes so they could place an order with the manufacturer and show that size as available on their own website. Went back on their website a little while later and there it was, shown as available, so that I was able to place my order. I received it in a few days. I love this make-it-happen attitude! Thank you!”

“I ordered a couple of pairs of sealskinz gloves one xl and the other xxl, what I got sent was both pairs in xl, but I didn't return them as I decided, even though they were a little tight, to keep them. the other pair is for my son and I know they will fit ok. the price and speed of the delivery was superb, I couldn't fault westbrook at all and will certainly deal with them again. as for the gloves they are OK but not brilliant, they claim to be 100 % water proof, I had a 2 hour ride in persistent drizzle and they were soaked through, on the plus side they did keep my hands warm in temperatures around 2 degrees, so probably no better or worse than any other gloves on the market.”

“I purchased an Endura Hummvee Trouser that was delivered quickly to the requested collection point. The trousers were of the quality expected from Endura and Westbroook Cycles' price was very competitive. I would love to purchase more often from Westbrook Cycles, but cycle repairs normally involve immediate access to tools/components but where possible I will definitely be shopping with Westbrook Cycles again. My only regret is that they don't have a physical store in my location.”

“I purchased the Endura MTR baggy shorts from Westbrook at a bargain price. Around £20 cheaper than the competition. I ordered the medium as I'm around a 33" waist. Sizing was spot on. Really pleased with my buy. Great fit. Excellent quality and really comfortable. Hardly know your wearing shorts at all. Legs are more fitted and slightly longer than my Hummvee's but there are stretch panels built in which make them feel a bit tailored. Westbrook Cycles themselves are a pleasure to buy from. Had an issue with my delivery(interlink mess up, not theirs). I called customers services and they arranged with the courier a delivery the very same day with a 1hr delivery slot. Quality shorts, professional sales outfit. Buy with total confidence.”

“I purchased a set of DMR vault pedals online the service was excellent, I was kept informed of the status of my order from start to finish via text messages and email, as I was unable to be at home to receive the delivery so arranged for the item to be left in a safe place, I was amazed when I received an email to confirm that they had been delivered and on the email I had a photo of the item in the safe area that I had specified. Top service all round and at the best prices, will use these guys again for all my gear.”
