“needed a hanger for my bike urgently, but did not have a clue what type i needed. phoned and was given the correct advice, hanger was delivered a day later. this level of customer service is a rarity these days so deserves to be recognised.”

“One of the few places that appeared to stock genuine Sidi parts. Lots of reviews on other sites of items not fitting well. Having bought a pair of Sidi shoes for their quality, didn't want to compromise with shoddy replacements. Westbrook were well priced and excellent service - kept me informed and fast turnaround - what more do I need !!”
