“Purchased a Scott Foil 30 via Westbrook's website as they had some great deals on previous year models. Spoke to them first about sizing and received very good advice, backed up with a promise to exchange for a smaller size if I didn't think it fit. Delivery was seamless with great communication throughout from Westbrook and their carrier. Bike arrived in perfect condition and perfect fit. Happy customer who would definitely recommend and buy from again.”

“I contacted Westbrooks on recommendations from a member of my local cycling club after finding one of their bikes on sale that was suitable for myself. I called up and was advised they only had two left in my size, and they promised to reserve one for me for a couple of weeks while I arranged finances. After contacting them to confirm when I would be placing the order, the manager was extremely helpful and very reassuring. I placed my order via the website and my bike arrived very well sealed, with excellent prompts from the delivery company on when it would arrive and the name of the driver. Little things make the difference and Westbrooks certainly go the extra mile.”

“Tremendous service from very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly guys (thanks Paul and Jason). I was even phoned to check that I had meant to order a 172.5mm crankset - I hadn't! The packaging of the frame and Di2 groupset which arrived only two days later was flawless. Some superb deals on end of season bikes/ framesets and groupsets and very highly recommended. Thank you!”

“These guys were absolutely brilliant. I phoned first because I had a couple of questions. They really listened, were genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I asked about stock and compatibility the guy on the phone checked immediately and wasn't shy to double-check with a colleague with a different area of expertise. I ordered my item and got a despatch confirmation less than 20 minutes later. They kept me posted on progress and the item arrived the next day well packaged and as described. Amazing service guys! Thanks! Next time I need something I'll be sure to come to you first. Thumbs up!”

“Second time that ive bought from Westbrook Cycles and second time ive been 100% satisfied with delivery time and service ... only small gripe is i bought the same item on the previous Saturday from another well known Cycle shop and got free u.k postage on all items the item in question was £8 ..i had to pay £4 from Westbrook hence 50% extra cost for the same item ...i.m.o if you made it free u.k postage if that was possible ..then looking at the bigger picture your sales would rise ...however very competitive pricing and i would use Westbrook anytime”

“From placing my order all the information I was given was correct and the delivery was also on time (very rare these days). The bike is perfect and runs great and anyone thinking that the more expensive bikes don't do anything to improve you performance they are sadly wrong. My new Scott scale 10 which is more than half the weight of my cheaper bike has improved my riding times across the board. It is well worth the investment and yes I would HIGHLY recommend using WestBrook Cycles to anyone.”

“Ordered up the beautiful new 2014 Black Cannondale CAAD10 frameset, took it out on 0% interest over 6 months, no problem at all and all the finance was sorted out online in less than 30mins, my order was then dispatched the very next morning, had it delivered by interlink express, brilliant delivery service as you can track it live online and know to the minute when the item will be delivered. Frameset arrived in pro-packing. I would have no hesitation at all re-ordering from Westbrook Cycles, excellent efficient service throughout. P.s - The Cannondale black 2014 CAAD10 is without any doubt the most gorgeous aluminium frameset I have ever saw, I've never saw aluminium tubing sculpted with such imagination? - it could easily be mistaken for Carbon (and the weight is comparable to carbon frames also)- i'm so delighted with it!...I needed a strong non-carbon bike to withstand the rigours of my poorly surfaced local roads and this bike fits the job perfectly. In fact its so beautiful it gives my stunning Black/White Orbea Orca a run for its money!”
