“These guys are a real boon for those running older bikes (2012;old?). Parts I needed were out of stock, but ordered and received quickly. Excellent service from people who know what they are talking about, and my first port of call for spares.”

“Very satisfied. I was considering buying the bike from Evans cycles until i saw Westbrook had the same bike considerably cheaper. I bought the bike on the Wednesday and by the weekend Westbrook had a weekend promotion on the bike where the bike was reduced a further £50, when i contacted them they instantly refunded the extra discount. I received the bike on the Monday and haven't looked back. Would definitely buy from them again. Great customer service, cheapest prices i've seen on the web and quick delivery.”

“Original product broken in post. Phoned them up, sent them a picture, they sent me a new one. No hassle having to return the broken original. Great service, would definitely recommend and use again.”
