Hi Tamara, Your package was returned to us because of a bad address. The label said "return to sender, no mail receptacle, unable to forward." When there was no response to our emails informing you of this it was refunded. When these things happen, we give it about 24 hours for a response, if there is no response, we then do a refund. The order was shipped on January 13th and it was refunded on Jan. 22. There have been several emails to you regarding this order.

“Acceptable. Price was a shade high. The shipping speed was adequate; the shipping charge, again, was a bit higher than it should have been. Also, the item was packaged poorly. A thin plastic bag, in my mind, is not sufficient protection for a cloth garment. If there is a small tear in the bag, and the item is delivered in inclement weather water can get in and cause damage.
On the plus side, the garment was properly sized and fit as expected and was exactly the pattern advertised.
That said I will not be purchasing again from this site. "Acceptable" and "adequate" are not in my mind words to describe a seller with whom I want to do business.”
