They call us all the time even though we asked them to remove our company from their solicitation lists. We have probably asked 20 times for them to stop. Today a lady named Anisha called again. She was unable to give us an email or phone for her manager.

stay away. this company steals your money. we used them for years. they do not fight chargebacks. reach out to tours of distinction if you have had a problem losing chargebacks. we are working on a class action lawsuit.

WeTravel has got to be the worst site available to write a review on a travel company. I inadvertently created a "business" account resulting in the site believing I am a travel company. I am UNABLE to delete the account to start over. Additionally, I cannot now even search for the tour company that would like me to submit a review because the WeTravel site is ridiculously convoluted. I tried to search in their "help center" on how to delete an account only to receive a hald a dozen FAQs about adding "stuff" (i.e., bank accounts) to a WeTravel account.

I would definitely not recommend WeTravel. I used them for several years - to bring groups to locations all over the world. When I eventually owned my own retreat space, in a foreign country (one that I had been bringing groups to through WeTravel for 5 years, they blocked my account, leaving with no access to past participants or reviews. After reaching out to them repeatedly, I was told there was nothing I could do and because I had changed my residence/location, I no longer eligible to use WeTravel. It made no sense, since everything was still flowing through the same business (legally) in the US. While I respect their desire to want to protect themselves, their policies are incredibly rigid and you only receive the same automated replies when you ask for more info/details.

I would not recommend using We Travel, I have used them for a year and moved over 100K, and when there was a chargeback from an unhinged client of only $1000USD, I asked for help on how to make the case, but they didn´t help or provide any support over the phone. They will treat you like a thief and threaten you a legal action immediately if you don´t pay for the chargeback right away, no matter what. So you are paying them a big percentage of your earnings and they are not even helping you, the emails from the complaints department were never signed, no name on the email you don´t know who you are speaking with. They have blocked transactions already on the way to the bank, denied me information from the bank where the dispute was done, sadly I had to file a report to the FTC and now taking legal action. The person who made the chargeback is committing fraud and the person using the services and then because very violent on our premises, that´s why she was asked to leave. In the beginning, they will even find a representative that speaks your language to get you to get their services, this person will promise you everything and support you all the time in all ways possible, even WhatsApp audios and such. Later on, they won´t even allow me to have a phone call with them as emails are quite limited for something so serious. They never cared to give me their opinion on the material I was sending, it´s like they don´t care to have a chargeback and the way they work is all sketchy. In my opinion, We Travel takes advantage that people are in different countries and laws don´t apply across countries so they can´t be held to the authorities so easily. Look if you have a company go to your preferred bank and ask for the payment link service, it´s much more efficient and cheap and you can make claims in your own bank with your own laws. This company is really not trustworthy, we travel is very unsafe actually. They support thieves and felons.

DO NOT USE ..When booking site wasn't showing the correct information I re-entered info.. suddenly I had to bookings, I deleted one straight away. I was still charged but didnt realise. After endless saving my son and I just finished last payment. I realised they charged me twice on original payment when my wife asked why the last payment was so high. My son and I saved endlessly for this soccer trip and this heartless company just robbed any spending money he would of had. This was for a child's soccer trip.. you have absolutely no morals and its a horrible fact that you would do this to anyone in this day and age .shame on you and your company standards

I'm a successful travel business owner who has been denied & blocked for no reason with no explanation. This company is wrong in many ways beginning with its communication and customer service skills. Starting to think being denied was a positive instead of a negative.

The salesman promised all these features, but none of them worked for us. I asked to read about all the detailed information before moving over, and they had nothing.  We chose to come to you to add efficiencies, but we can't do 85% of them any better than before. They are a credit card processor trying to be a booking software that is not at all where it needs to be.

Deleted my account because I was planning a black history trip for my church teen class for black history month. Now they will not respond to me and tell me why. I think it was a misunderstanding but I get no communication from them and they don't ask any questions. All my work is gone.

At first the employee was very friendly in showing me how things work, but when I encountered difficulties verifying myself, they never replied to my email to support further. My verification got refused several times without any valid reason. Totally a waste of time following all their steps. Very disrespectful system and the support team is just useless.

One of the poorest user interfaces for payment and entering details I have seen. Unclear if it is focused on mobile only but fellow travellers in that area found it hugely frustrating and the laptop experience was really poor. An application to be avoided.

If you are a victim as I was, read my review to see the outcomes of my actions. With my $49,300, this nasty broker vanished, and I was unable to contact them. Now their official website is no longer valid. My money, a huge quantity of money! It amazed me so much how KEZOOK helped me get my money back. They requested the required paperwork and the evidence of my payment to them in order to utilize this information to file a false lawsuit against them. The fact that KEZOOK helped me recover my hard-earned money from these con artists makes me very delighted. kezook. com is there visited place

WeTravel was referred to me by a colleague and I was excited to use their platform to launch my first yoga retreat. I spent multiple hours building a retreat page while simultaneously waiting for them to verify me as a user. I provided all of my requested personal documents and business information. I then received an email that said my verification was denied, the decision couldn't be appealed, my account was restricted, and there would be no further communication. I received NO reasoning as to why my account wasn't verified and I have no access to all of the program design and pricing information I created. I've sent emails and tried contacting them through their live chat numerous and have had no response whatsoever. I think this is a horrible business practice and while I understand they want to protect their company from would-be fraud, they could at least respond and tell me why my account was denied. I am very disheartened and disappointed and if they ever do respond at this point, I'm over it. I'm also trying to find another booking site to work with ASAP.

Booking for customers is smooth and easy. Getting your money out of the platform is a completely different story. I live in Canada, and it's been an absolute two year nightmare trying to get this money out of We Travel. I have submitted so many requests for help, and they either respond with suggestions that just do not work, which I have communicated to them, or they do not respond at all. I honestly feel as though I have been robbed and they do not care to help me get the money I made. Don't use We Travel if you are in Canada (or anywhere other than the USA) and want to actually receive the money you make.

This company is just a bad partner for tourism industry. They don’t care about associate companies and they could stop you for more than 60 days. I have a very disappointed experience with them and with their card. After 90 days of waiting for a response about a issue with the card, almost no response of my emails and a local associated who block my emails, messages and calls, they just send me a mail with a negative balance that I have to pay in less than 24 hours. I care about my partners but this was a nightmare and I am trying to star a legal process with them, I feel so bad like a client and this kind of companies just don’t be allowed.

What a nightmare! They'll take your money and hold on to it indefinitely. We signed up for a business account with WeTravel. Got a payment to our WeTravel account for a booking from a client for one of our trips. We were then told our account still had to be verified for us to be able to get a payout. So we decided to fund the trip believing that after the verification is done WeTravel would release our money. BIG MISTAKE!!! Its several months now and we haven't gotten even a dime of that money. The account also hasn't been verified till now. We availed all the required documentation for verification bit still nothing. We've sent like a gazillion emails they are all ignored. You can't even reach them by phone! At some point we thought we were emailing the wrong email addresses so we decided to use different emails (unknown to them) to make random inquiries. They responded immediately which indicates all our previous emails raising our concerns were deliberately ignored! How rude and unprofessional. These chaps are CROOKS! Horrible service!

WeTravel has fraudulent tour operators on its website - they do not have any safeguards in place to protect customers and then (unlike most companies) have no ability or willingness to punish or block these tour operators after the fact. I lost more than $3K booking a tour on WeTravel and I highly recommend insisting to any tour operator that they use a different payment portal.

Listen!!!!!! My assistant set me up on this site for my Women’s Getaway. I looked at it and thought it was easy and FAST! WRONG!!!!! They are playing this Verification Game and won’t Verify the Account!!! We are unable to book our Venue because we use our deposits to do so! Not to Brag but you can Google or go to Social Media to Verify my Identity so it’s a Joke!!!! No one responded to me and the stupid site even says BOT when you do get a response! This company should be put out of Business! I could have used my merchant account but I like the payment structure and reply emails that go out! The worst experience of my life! Now I have to refund the People that paid and trust that they will re sign up!!!! Horrible service! Never sign up with a company you can’t get someone on the PHONE EVER! By the Way We travel! I’m Dr. Chanita Foster so stop lying and saying you can’t verify me and you can just go to Instagram!

My daughter was signed up for a trip through this company. We got an unexpected medical diagnosis that requires surgery. I have spent the past month trying to contact this company to get a partial refund per the agreement. They have not responded to any of our requests. It's very unprofessional and I suggest you reconsider using this company for any trips. We are highly unsatisfied with the lack of communication. Zero stars would be left if I could.

Read the recent reviews and run FAR, FAR away from this company. Their shady business practices and "Verification" process are nothing more than a way to hold onto your money and possibly never give it to you. We've been doing a school trip for 10+ YEARS now, always going to the same location. We made the mistake of setting up our trip with WeTravel thinking it would be easier to collect payments. We submitted all the required documents, then sent an e-mail explaining our situation and history. They asked for MORE documents, so we gave them those and more than they asked for. After three more e-mails they finally get back to us that their "legal" department has decided we can be "Partially Verified". But they were going to be "nice" to us and let us use their "WeTravel Virtual Card" service, but oh by the way you can only pay a few, select group of vendors with it (restaurants and theater shows, etc aren't in those categories either, what trip doesn't have one of those two?). If that doesn't work they offered to let us pay them $15 to "wire" money to a vendor, IF their legal department approves it. These clowns actually expect a trip like ours with a $50k budget to let them hold onto our money until 14 days AFTER our trip, or only "pay" the vendors they allow us to pay through them so they can collect interest on all the money during that time. We're exploring other options now to get out of this nightmare.

Before I respond to this feedback specifically, kindly allow me to provide context for the broader public who read the review. WeTravel has three possible verification decisions: 1. Full approval (funds available any time) 2. Partial approval (funds available after the trip) 3. Denial of service. This is stated in our FAQ: https://help.wetravel.com/en/articles/1619345-how-to-get-verified-for-payouts Many independent travel agents and individual organizers receive a “Partial Approval”, meaning their funds are available only after a trip has ended. Most companies with several employees and a verifiable, multi-year track record receive a “Full Approval”. We are obliged to verify each user thoroughly due to the “future delivery risk” inherent in processing payments for travel companies. We always encourage any new company or organizer to verify their account right away. We show all new users several pop-ups and notifications about the necessity to verify their account and describe the verification process in our help center. I also want to add that providing limited service for smaller tour operators is the payment industry standard: all major payment providers that process payments for small travel agents or new tour operators either payout funds only after a trip/event has ended (e.g. Eventbrite) or force the user to keep minimal balances (e.g. PayPal). Many don’t provide payment services to tour operators at all. Additionally, if organizers choose to refund their travelers, we fully refund our fees (which is not the case for typical payment platforms), even though we already incurred costs for processing and verification for your trip. Most importantly, WeTravel never keeps user funds indefinitely. All funds collected by users are paid out or refunded to customers, regardless of the verification decision. Having said the above, I agree that WeTravel can do better in onboarding our users and I’m again sorry that this process has not been a great user experience for you. We regret that our verification decision has made WeTravel not a viable solution for your school trip. We will keep improving our onboarding process for new users. Thank you.
