“I have shopped at Wex photographic for years spending £1,000’s. Like most of my purchasers I rely heavily on people’s reviews. However I have recently written two reviews, after noticing the first review wasn’t printed, after purchasing a very expensive canon 600 mkII lens and being very disappointed with it. I can only assume my review hasn’t been printed due to the negative feedback and them potentially loosing further order which is very disappointing as there could have been other negative reviews that have also not been printed which would have swayed me from purchasing it in the first place”

“Placed an order for an item that wasn't in stock at the time but showing a 7 day lead time, one month later and the only communication is to cancel my order.”
