Hi I have an interest only mortgage and I wasn’t aware of this at the time I had taken it out. (Or made aware that I would be paying a lump sum at the end of my motgage term) I would have preferred to have had a repayment mortgage as I have paid nothing off my mortgage in almost 7 years. Could you recommend the next step for me in regards to getting the best mortgage deal Thank you!
