Hi Rose! Thanks for taking the time to be in touch. It looks like you ordered on the first day of our end of August sale which was also the first day of our week off. We posted a shipping notice on the website that there would be a delay and we would start shipping after the September long weekend. I had a look at the tracking information you should have received in your shipping confirmation email and it looks like your order is scheduled to be delivered today :) We are just an email away if you have any further questions or concerns!

“It was very easy to order! I LOVE that I can buy a sample pack before deciding! Order arrived within a very reasonable time frame. And the products were amazing, I was a bit afraid of an overwhelming scent due to the essential oils, but my fears were put to rest! WIll definitely keeo prdering froim Whifcraft! - did I tell you that I also love the name of the company? I love the pun!”
