“Haven’t tried it out yet but super excited, however, I did pay an extra 20$ for express shipping and tracking, and received neither. I got an email saying the staff got covid, totally understandable! I don’t mind waiting and understand that things happen, but I did pay extra and didn’t even get tracking.”

Hi Alexandra, Thank you for the feedback and patience again as I got through covid! I wanted to check in as it sounds like you didn't get the shipping confirmation email? I did ship your order Xpresspost with Canada Post (as per the label on the box) and you should have gotten an email with the tracking information on Nov 19 when I marked your order compete. Let me know if that didn't come through for you? I see it in our sent emails on our end so apologies if it somehow didn't get to you!

“I haven't tried any other flavours but the mountain one isn't my favorite but it's not too bad, gave me a headache but I liked it. Excited to try cheer monq! Not much flavor I which the mountain one was a bit more minty because I never tasted any.”

Hi Tamika! Thanks for your order. We're a small company, and unfortunately we're at the mercy of Canada Post and local shipping companies. That money goes to them, not us. There are ways of grouping orders to reduce costs, and we do offer free shipping over $100. We're always working on ways to bring down shipping and packaging costs so our customers don't have to spend as much. We're not yet Amazon - maybe one day. That's a lot of armpits to make happy. We're still hoping for it though!
