Expensive shipping particularly if you select a faster service ($129.00!!!).
Never notified when order was shipped; no tracking; no notification when it was delivered. Rather a unique (and offensive) approach to customer service: an email asking “Was your order delivered?” then an email proclaiming “Your order has shipped!” ...unfortunately the second email arrived 6 days AFTER the item was DELIVERED!!!! Unacceptable.
