“Ordered a fortnight ago and useless royal mail only delivered yesterday!! Nothing wrong with the item, am happy with it, but you need to offer other couriers as an alternative to useless royal mail!

“My refund for the expired 3 sim was credited back to my account on Monday. This would've been a 5* review if the sim was still active, but the customer service from this firm is very prompt.”
“Arrived 5 days late but not the fault of whiteplugtech.
The reason for 3* is because other companies are offering alternative couriers during the royal mail strikes, something they need to offer rather than rely on one delivery service.”

“I was lead to believe the 3 sim had a 36 month shelf life, but it's now blocked. I only purchased it in March and paid over 200 quid for it! If anybody else is going through this, then you need to apply for a refund by emailing whiteplugtech and they will send the funds back to your card.

Whiteplug are saying it's an issue with 3 who've blocked their sims temporarily, but I paid £200 for unlimited everything & it was supposed to last 3 years but it hasn't, so beware!”
