Placed on a Sunday but email confirmation didn't come until Tuesday morning (after I contacted them on Monday about this) may I add!
Delivery was supposed to arrive in 3 working days, but it actually took 7 because they insist on using royal mail knowing full well there's a national strike on at present!

“Happy to support a UK based company in the growing world of Online conglomerates. Whiteplug provide a fast email service so any pre purchase q's are answered swiftly, even on the weekend, I wish other companies would adopt this approach.
I like the selection of products as they cater for your average at home user, or if you fancy yourself as a business person, then you can dip your toe in the water without risking a lot of capital with a number of easy to resell products already in stock without a long wait from China.
One star knocked off because they dedicate more staff to email support compared to phone hence why it takes ages for them to answer. Whilst I understand email is convenient and popular for the world we live in, I guess it'd be nice if you also get somebody on the end of the phone as quick as you can to receive an email response!”
