One star knocked off because they dedicate more staff to email support compared to phone hence why it takes ages for them to answer. Whilst I understand email is convenient and popular for the world we live in, I guess it'd be nice if you also get somebody on the end of the phone as quick as you can to receive an email response!”
“Never heard of this company before but they advertise a really cheap, almost too good to be true sim only deal on the 3 network.
All you can eat everything including 5g data and tethering for 36 months for about £8pm!
I ordered one with the fear of it only working for a few weeks or months before getting cut off, but I'm now in month 6 and it's still working perfectly.
I use the data 247 as the SIM is in my phone tethered to all of my devices and I get nearly 200mb down with about 25mb up & have never been slowed down or received a fair usage warning.
I don't mind not being able to register the number with the 3 app because what's the point when all of the allowances are unlimited!
As for whiteplugtech, their customer service is fast if you use email, but one star knocked off because it takes ages for them to answer the phone.”
