“I have purchased LED bulbs from WLED previously, and they have been great. However, on this occasion I bought them for the bathroom down lighters, and found that they did not fit. This is because the bulbs are slightly larger than standard GU10 bulbs, by perhaps a millimeter, making them protrude too far for the front of the light casing to fit over the bulb. Care therefore needs to be taken when choosing these bulbs as they seem to be suitable only for open fronted lights, not those that have a cover over the front.”

“I used the four Crome down lighters supplied by Wled to install porch lighting. The units arrived well packaged and within the delivery window. The quality is a good as you would be able to get at any high street DIY store but for a third of the price. Excellent value for money and throughly recommended.”

“The 30w floodlight which I bought is of good quality and value for money .Provides enough bright light to deter intruders in our back garden approx 10m x 10m.”

“The service was very good but the Infinity 50W PIR Sensor LED Floodlight was extremely difficult to set up on the Sens knob. I set it in the evening but in the morning the light does not come in the same light . It is much darker in the morning and the light does not come on . I have tried to equalize the events but to no avail.”

“The two Infinity 50w PIR LED white floodlights which I ordered were received intact but the invoice also showed that a USB RGB 2m strip-light should have been included as a complementary item. Unfortunately, due to an obvious oversight, this hadn’t been packed. I sent a short email to WHLED explaining this, and received a very prompt and courteous email of apology from the Sales Manager, who had the missing item despatched immediately. It arrived safely just a day or so later. Excellent service all round.”

“i have already purchased some lights from a local supplier,but was not impressed, how ever my friend and i are both very pleased with the lights and i will require some more as i am building another workshop .Your staff on the phone were very help full and understood i had to relay prices etc to my friend before making a decision.thank you and i will be in touch when i need more”

“Great for us: cautious on promises, strong on delivery. We needed the lights urgently and although they were a non-standard order they came within three days. Because we were buying a lot we got a reasonably good deal on them. Main thing is that because they came on time (according to the schedule of our fitters) they are now up and they work. This is the only place I could find 200 watt (2kW equivalent) warm light LED floodlights.”

“I wanted to re-order something I had bought seveeral months ago but I had no details. Your representative found it quickly and was able to order me what I wanted and gave me advice on another matter. It was all done with speed and efficiency and the units was received on the date expected and is held as a spare. Well done. Mike Barlow”

“the LED lamps are very good ,the warm white is a warmer light .The white light is nice and bright a good buy .Low running cost is a good reason to buy them.”

“Used these to replace G4 lamps in Hob Extractor Unit. It requires a little modification of the lamp unit but it is worth it. Very bright with a good spread over a five burner hob, excellent product reccommend.”

“Bought 2 Cosmic bulbs. The design was different than I expected but the effectiveness of the bulb was superb. Other LED bulbs I have used have given shadows or dim areas. Not this one. Unfortunately the first bulb failed after about 2 hours use... but contacted WLED and they emailed the return details with postage paid, and sent out a replacement bulb within a day or two. Great service.”

“I ordered 5 lights floodlights,3 black and 2 white. They were to be delivered in approx 4 days. 7 days later no lights. I phoned and was told the delay was due because no black lights were in stock. We agreed that we would change the order to 5 white. These duly arrived and looked good. However when my electrician fitted up 2, neither worked. He didn't try the other 3. At present I have spoken to the company re a refund. They have emailed me a returns form and a freepost address to return the lights. Once returned I will expect a full refund. So far the company has been very professional and I expect my refund in due course. Would I use the company again? Yes for although my purchase did not work out this time the company treated me well, so I would be happy to buy from them again.”
