“Ordered 4 X GU10 bulbs mid December but WLED whilst processing my online order did not inform me they were not in stock. I tried to call a few days after the order but the phone went to voice mail which happened the next few days. It was only after Christmas I got through to find the items were not in stock. Eventually I now have the items thank you BUT a good customer service would email the customer to alert them. There were plenty of working days to do this before / after Christmas.”

“Very pleased with the light.It is very well made and looks good when installed. The holes in the mounting bracket are quite large and I had to use 6mm thunder bolts.with washers. The sensor is quite sensitive with good coverage, and the light is bright and has a large beam.”

“I ordered several B15 Small bayonet cap bulbs (3w). I selected these as they were specifically marked 'dimmable' in the specifications. However when I ordered, I was informed I would be shipped the 4W equivalent. Unfortunately, when I received the package, I saw that the bulbs were marked 'B22 = Dimmable' but 'B15 = non-dimmable'. As a result, I cannot use the stock without first changing out all my dimmable controls.”

“The ceiling lights that were delivered are of a very low quality. Unfortunately Wholesale LED lights not only expect me to pay return costs ( which is fair enough ) but also forfeit the original cost of sending the disappointing lights to me. It should cost buyers to have rubbish shipped to them.”
