“Didn't have the exact lights in stock but, between us came up with the perfect alternative. They called me to let me know the lights weren't in and were very polite and helpful. My order arrived on time and well packaged. Would not hesitate recommending them to others !.”

“I'd been looking for shallow mounting depth, warm-while light fittings and thought these would fit the bill perfectly. In all aspects these lights have been a massive disappointment. Firstly, the cutout needed to be re-shaped to allow the hinges to fit. Next, the connectors from the (included) transformers didn't match those on the fitting, necessitating cutting them off and soldering. Finally, two of the three fittings expired within a several days of installation. Incidentally, as the connectors did not match, I emailed the company wanting to know if they were indeed the correct ones, but received no response. I have since removed the fittings and am sending them back for a full refund.”

“excellent customer service as like an idiot i ordered the same thing twice by mistake i had a phone call from a lovely young man checking that it was correct. fortunately that saved me the inconvenience of having to send it back and get a refund. very impressed. Have not had lights fitted yet but i am sure will be perfect.”

“The lights themselves were brilliant, short can down lights are just the trick when you have low ceilings to overcome. The price I paid was vey good, probably the cheapest on the market. The customer service however was definitely not what I would expect from any company. Being told I would receive the order on 3 separate occasions, promised phone calls that never happened explaining where the order was and waiting over a month to receive the order meant I lost the job they were for and a customer who will surely not use me again. Thanks guys.”

“I had 2 faulty bulb delivered, although hot replaced. Everything was good(service and product), the return is a bit of a pain. Filling out that return form is not perfect. The cells on the spreadsheet are far too small, makes it difficult to squeeze in the name of the product, you wish to return. I gave a good rating, because of this otherwise I would have given very good.”

“Although early days and have not installed all products so can't comment on longevity of the products the service has been good. Minor complaint the tails on the connectors of the LED under cabinet tube lights are too short.”

“I needed some lights quickly for my kitchen that was being built and had been let down by anothet company so orderwd these and when these arrived they were very good lights and arrived super fast and in perfect condition so I would highly recommend.”
