“The led lights i purchased (20w pir and 30w) are superb and do exactly what it says on the tin.. The pir does! have the 3 settings for Time,Lux and Distance, and work perfectly.”

“Delivery was delayed as products ordered were not in stock. When I phoned, I was offered an upgrade to alternatives which were in stock, but it took a second call to actually have them dispatched. So, staff were helpful and I did get an upgrade, but I only received the products in time because I called. This was disappointing as this was not my first order with Wholesale LED Lights and service has been good on each of the other occasions”

“I ordered a transformer which I received but it had no instructions with it - I emailed you the day I received it to ask a few technical questions and you obviously couldn't be bothered to reply - I have figured it out for myself now. I will not be buying anything else from you because your customer service is non existant.”

“Online ordering did not allow option of collection in store. This meant a visit to the store to place the order. Delivery was promised within 3 working days. This failed. Chased the order, was advised of delay but was promised a call back with update. This failed. I ended up having to visit store. Further guaranted delivery next day. This failed.”

“i keep asking for a receipt and even called but you didn’t call me back. im still waiting for a receipt despite numerous times of asking. you are legally obliged to give me a receipt because you are registered for VAT. plse send a receipt.”
