“The pro safe LED flood lights are of a very poor quality. The first one I was sent was broken in the box. I ended up taking it to their offices a 60mile round trip. The second one filled full of water after a period of heavy rain and stopped working. They refused to pay the postage back. On asking to speak with a manager they were all in a meeting!!!. Avoid for outdoor lights and clearly from previous reviews poor customer service”

“I received excellent advise from Wholesale LED prior to purchasing my LED lights and accessories. Unfortunately I was missing a receiver when I received my order. However, Louis quickly resolved this matter and sent a replacement. I would recommend this store.”

“I have just finish putting up quite a complex LED strip lighting mounted on an overhead gantry to illuminate a display. I would have no chance in knowing the ratings of the equipment required for the project which was worked out for me whilst on the phone by your excellent person. The service, product and delivery was faultless and first class, could not recommend them enough.. Oh....nearly forgot...the lighting works brilliantly and lights the display display better than could have ever expected.”

“This is the third LED PIR outside light I have installed in twelve months as the first two failed quite quickly. So for all’s well with this one albeit it’s summer and only been operating for a couple of weeks. The only thing was the installation information had nothing at all on the three setting switches. That wasn’t to bad for me as my experience in these lamps seen me through but for first time users could be a problem.”

“We found our experience of this company very disappointing. We ordered two matching lights to then receive two different colour bulbs I set, one warm white, one cool white. The lights came with no fixings or instructions so only after installation, which we paid for did we notice they were different colours. We were then send a new one which never arrived as someone had forgot to post it out and again I had waited in all day for delivery. I was told on this call I would be phoned back with a resolution within half an hour but what a surprise that call never came. We have a since received the correct light but have had no apology or recompense for the inconvenience and loss of money of having to pay an electrician twice because of their mistake”

“It took two weeks to complete order, I ordered 4 foot tubes, 5 foot tubes delivered,after returning 5 feet ones, four feet delivered, two out of five were damaged, no strikers sent, two damaged tubes returned, two 4 feet sent along with strikers, arrived today, all working and giving fantastic light, these were the led type. So was the all the effort worth it, yes, the. Ordering system just needs refining. I would use this agent again.”

“Did not specify, on the item page, that a trailing edge dimmer switch would be required and refused to accept that this omission was their responsibility. I will not be using this company again.”
