“Dear Wled, Thank you for your enquiry, you did terribly well as always thank you, but I’m a forgetful old beggar these days, it would be an enormous help if you could specify the items on the order in question when you make this kind of request, please, if you want an informed response. In any case, of course I was happy with the items sent, otherwise I’d have hoisted the Jolly Roger and put a shot across your bows! (Perhaps I did and then went and forgot about it.) “I read some of the negative reviews after I'd ordered my new LED light bulbs which were half the price I expected to pay. I knew they were coming from China so expected them to take a while to get to me. They were here within a week, exactly as I ordered, not broken and working well. Very pleased. Thank you.”

“We never received the item Still waiting for item I’ll pay Before three weeks ago iPhone them up more than 15 times Never ever give me the tracking numbers Always say you should receive it tomorrow or day after I do know this is a really bad It’s never happened to me before I hope I will receive tomorrow after 20 days”

“Just missed out on a very good, lights and service are great and the bespoke cutting service a great idea, however my order was ruined as it was assumed that i only needed 10 cm wire to attach all lengths, i mean 10cm of wire is nothing right? Shame”

“Arrived within the time stated, easy navigation through the website. Product:- "Oh dear" not so good 10watt!!! I dont think so, 1 watt maybe, dosen't light up an area of 18 square metres, probaly a cheap import from China, I bought three of these, absolute waste of money. One dissapointed customer I will not be making further purchases from you”

“The quality of the security light seems very good and was easy to install, once I had bought a weatherproof junction box. I did, however, have problems setting it up and when I rang to ask for a copy of the set-up instructions, which do not come with the item, I was told they were not available. The member of staff I spoke to was not very knowledgeable and I still have only about a 5metre range with it.”
