“I guess its my age I am 65 I found it very difficult trying to work out what bulbs I wanted when converted to led light bulbs. It was also difficult finding out which bulbs went in dimmer switched lights. With help from others I managed to make my order and am very pleased with everything. Thank you.”

“Bulbs ordered on 10th Dec and money taken. Nothing had arrived by 16th so rang to check why the holdup, told out of stock. Bulbs eventually arrived 23rd Dec. It would have been polite if item was out of stock to advise customer to check if they were prepared to wait, also it would have been polite not to take money until order was dispatched. Bulbs were fine.”

“I think prices should be inclusive of VAT and should include postage. This is my second or third order and after I placed the order I had an e mail offering a special Christmas 20% discount!! Too late for me. Website is ok. Description of goods could be better. Maybe proper photos of the items with real dimensions. The outdoor LED lights I bought are huge. Twice the size of a unit purchased somewhere else the week before. Clear size and description is a must.”

“I spoke to a lady on the phone sorry but can't remember her name, she was very helpful. she knew everything I needed for my project. I gave her my order and she told me which items I needed, the costings plus delivery charges. My order arrived in good time and everything is correct. I would like to give my appreciation to the lady I spoke to, as she was very courteous and nice and dealt with me in a very professional manor. Many thanks Pete Goodrum”
