“Ordered the LED lamps, but failed to understand how cold 6000K lamps are so contacted Wholesale LED and explained to Wendy Needham my mistake and she understood and sent the return form for me to exchange them for 3000k warm lights, She also advise me that a trailing edge dimmer switch would be required which I then ordered. The replacement LED lamps were received within the week with the necessary type of dimmer switches. Thank you for the prompt action and advice.”

“I ordered a set of downlights that had 3 day delivery and the website indicated that they were in stock. After waiting a week I phoned and was told they weren't available for 3 more weeks. I ordered a replacement set that were slightly more expensive. These arrived promptly. The electrician who fitted the lights said they were good quality for the price. They look the part in the conservatory and you would not know they were less than £7 each.”

In regards to the LED Strips that weren't cut to length, I will e-mail you a freepost label and returns form so you can get them back to us at no cost. “We bought the T5 LED striplights for under cabinet lighting in our kitchen on our kitchen-fitter's recommendation. We wanted bright, usable light, not just for show. These turned out to be excellent - very bright and, although looking a little bulky, they sat out of sight on the cabinet undersides. We chose Cool White for a clean fresh light which these striplights certainly provide. They wire straight to the mains so no need to hide a bulky driver. The only downside we could tell was that the electrician complained that the length of wiring attached to the small, three-pin connecting plugs didn't give him much to work with. Connectors were needed to lengthen the necessary wiring. All in all a great LED light at a very reasonable price.”

“Ordered strip lights on web site with promised next day delivery. Didnt get them for 3 weeks. I was told this was an issue with quality. Finally got the lights, and I have to say I am very pleased with them. I have now replaced a number of tired fluorescents in my Kitchen. I will use again but will extract a real delivery date next time.”
