“Ordered goods paying for 24 hour delivery. No confirmation email for order and goods did not arrive next day. Phoned company to be told one item was not in stock even though it stated in stock on the website ( was told in stock on the website was in stock with the supplier) not with them, the item was arriving with them that day and I would get an email confirming dispatch that day and I would get a credit for the 24 hour charge. Next day no email phoned again item still not in stock but would send items already in stock out separately the following day. Waited another three days and contacted them again to be told the other item was in and the whole order was dispatched that day .I had to continually chase them for updates. I received a credit memo for the refund but I wanted the refund into my bank account as a credit note is useless to me as I will not be using this company again.”

“I only bought a 12v power supply and adapter lead so nothing much to say except that it works and was a keen price. I'd buy another if I need one.”

“Great outdoor weatherproof dusk till dawn light. Simple to install and excellent value for money. I had to wait a bit longer for delivery due to stock issues but it was worth it.”

“A bit trial and error to find suitable position for sensor, it hits the led frame if turned sideways with the led frame angled down, got there in the end and now happy, could do with some instructions though.”

“The order was late in arriving ,I played for 24hrs delivery and had to telephone LED to get my postage back. Worse than this the 1st of the 2 bulbs has now failed this ads up to poor service and poor products”

“would like to thank Chris in sales especially as he helped me with my order for LED strips to run beneath my Granite Countertop. I required lengths with pre soldered power cables, which can as requested. Everything fitted exactly and the products did what I was told they would. I will be purchasing more LES strip light for the wall cabinet soon as it looks so good what has already been done, I need to complete the kitchen lighting soon. Very helpful and lots of good advice. Thanks Steve”

“Used Wholesale LED as I needed a specific GU10 fitting and the Ariel ticked that box. Great lumen output, v wide beam angle and a really good price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking for quality at the right price ????”

“Hi, really not impressed. Placed order on the Sunday, payed extra cost to get the item delivered quickly, i think it was 24 or 48 hour delivery. The item arrived on the following Thursday. I did ring on the Wednesday and was told that the item had to be ordered in and would be dispatched that day. On arrival the order was not complete. ......the bulbs were missing. Another phone call and i recv the bulbs the following Tuesday. I notice that on the packaging of the bulbs it states not to be used in an enclosed fitting! The actual fitting is of good quality I am considering ordering some more bulbs to replace some in our kitchen But first i await your response Kind regards Richard”
