“The despatch was a little slow getting out of the door, the telephone salesman implied same day despatch, but it seemed to take 3 days to exit. Delivery was then good and the product looks good and functional. only time will tell. The two M4 screws that hold the body to the bracket are very small and fiddly to locate blind into the holes as the ends of the screws are flat onto a flat surface with no positive location. Considering the lamp will normally be fixed over-head and must be supported while holding the screw and driver, a risky procedure. Under 'Working at height' regs, you must keep one hand on the ladder! A longer screw with a reduced or point at the tip [ self-tap ] will locate more directly and provide support while juggling. WLED have not failed me yet.”

“Ordered down light at great price. Paid extra for 24hr delivery but took 5 days! Weekend included. Contacted WLED and refunded delivery costs. Good customer service after complaint but good product when received.”
