“Ordered 2 bulbs, one does not work.. a week on after reporting it I've yet to have this resolved after 1 instant message and two emails.. hoping to get this sorted soon!”

“Service very good but I do have a problem with the lights. I am sticking them onto a varnish wooden soffet ,they are fine for a few hours and then they fall off ?”

“LED tubes were spot on. I wasn't 100% sure which ballast I had but the website was really helpful and the tubes worked first time. I was so impressed I immediately bought another for the kitchen. Delivery was quick and product was excellent.”

“Bought 2 square light disable LED bulbs on switching on both lights have a high intense flicker With no dim-able effect showed my neighbour who agreed with me not as described explained to customer service who arranged to have back sent back only to be told both lights had no faults, I asked for my money to be returned as useless to me as they were faulty. Was told as no fault would be a 15% restocking charge we are still waiting for our money to be returned after several weeks. I will never deal with this company again and would urge others to be very aware they are a disgrace.”

“Delighted with end result but if it wasn't for an electrician friend checking my order, I wouldn't have ordered the additional stuff needed. Would have been more helpful if website automatically advised what extras are needed when choosing the light fittings.”
