“Product arrived promptly. Good quality product, but the instructions are very poor. No instructions on how to adjust settings, had to resort to an Internet search.”

“Went over to the Leicester shop lance (good man)ordered two square light fittings for my hallway,e-mailed us as soon as they arrived (can’t be bothered to wait for couriers) went and collected. Took one out the box looked good electrician arrived three weeks later to do lights and other work,fitted one I took the other one out the box unfortunately it was round,pity I did not check both box’s however they improved the hallway light 100% very happy.”

“I struggled to find the light we had chosen on the website, the searches did not locate it even using the specific key words. I then called and found the staff very helpful. They quickly sorted out the order which arrived promptly and looks great installed.”

“Product took about three weeks to arrive and the only communication was following my two requests for information on progress. Product has not been used yet bit looks to be a good quality.”

“The company is good but the light fittings do not accept standard GU10 bulbs from major manufacturers such as Phillips. They do however, accept Tesco bulbs. The GU10 metal lugs appear to be slightly smaller on the Tesco ones.”

“They weren’t very good quality, no mounting bracket, they were screwed directly to ceiling from the base of the fitting. One of the neutral dome crimps came off in my hand without any force.”

“They were a little bigger than I thought although to be fair I didn’t check sizes when I ordered them, I had bought them to replace 3 x 500w Halogen Flood Lights and assumed that they would be a similar size. Fitting and setup was simple and they let off a nice light and so far are working well. Happy to buy them again. JCB Bethnal Green E2”

“I've used Wholesale LED before with no complaints, unfortunately the 2 dimmable bulbs i purchased recently did not dim, they do not change with the switch as other LEDs do. disappointed.”

“I ordered WARM white lights and got harsh yellow lights. There was no WARM. Theses have been installed and I'm now trying to find a way to soften the colour.”
