“Ordering and delivery time were great however this was not matched by the warehouse who sent incorrect lamps. I had to phone, wait for a returns note, print it, re-package the lamps and take it all to the post office. One week later, still not heard a thing - pretty poor customer service.”

“Excellent product , amazing price , these were the best chrome down light bulb holders we’ve ever purchased , slightly larger than some which was perfect for us , they looked better , very good quality , looked more expensive than in usual diy stores, ended up purchasing more . :)”

“Nice lights, shame about the staff. Wrong order arrived. Had to call ‘customer services’ 3 times. Staff not very pleasant to deal with. Had to ASK for an apology!! Didn’t refund the undelivered items, the guy forgot! Only after 3rd call and a long time in hold was it resolved. Would not recommend.”
