“The bulbs are fine, as expected. Unfortunately they were ordered in August (beginning of) and did not arrive until November (close to middle of month). Unacceptable.”

“The lights were delivered quickly and were well packaged. The lights themselves are well made. The only criticism I had was that the cable could have been another 50cm longer as when fitted under the eaves of a house there is not much to free cable in the loft to connect to.”

“Bought 10 of those with 6 installed in a 2.5m*2.5m room that is used as a home office. With a suggested 2700 lumens one would have expected that the light should be sufficient but I am not convinced so I would be replacing those soon with another product (850Lm each). Angle is ok.”

“I would have been saying it was very good, with good dimmability and brightness, and reasonably-priced. But I bought 6 for operation in a single group and now one of these has failed after only 7 months. So I have my doubts about reliability. If they need frequent replacement then they would not be good value. I will see if it can be replaced under warranty.”

“Ordered outside security lights and Rgb outside lights. They didn't arrive when I expected them. Phoned up to be told out of stock, but didn't tell you that on website when ordering them. Arrived 2 weeks later.”

“Very pleased with the products received. I had to ring to enquire about delivery as I had not received a confirmation email. The member is staff I spoke to was extremely helpful and confirmed a delivery date. I woukd definitely recommend this company.”

“The site is well priced with good products. I bought 4 LED floodlight and they put out a good amount of light for the low wattage. One of the flood lights was damaged on arrival. I was sent out a returns form but had to pay postage back, but still not received a replacement or acknowledgement of the return. They said they have a backlog, but this is not good enough when you have a time sensitive job,”
