“My order was for an outdoor security light to replace a 20 year old high power device. The order & delivery process was smooth and efficient. The product arrived safely and undamaged. Assemble and installation was simple, identical to most others I suspect. My real problem was setup of the three adjustable controls on the light sensitive element. A short description of what and how for each adjustment would - and still will - save a lot of time in repeated ladder climing to make changes to the poorly understood settings. Would I buy another from this supplier. Yes.”

“I can’t fault the products as they work, but the service was poor! The mis-leading website indicates that you can pay extra for a 24hour dispatch. This means that your items will be “dispatched with in 24 hours of them being prepared (not ordered) it can (did in my case) take 3 days to prepare your items. THEN once received, my order was incomplete because someone had forgotten to put one of the items in the box. Had to wait another 2 day for this which ultimately cost me money!!! Bad news!!!!”

“Very quick delivery, great value and really smart item. We went for the colour changing flood lights. Both came with remotes (batteries included). One thing to note is that they don’t come with plugs and the cable is very short but our electrician sorted that for us.”

“took a while to open my account so phoned an order in. The chap I spoke to was totally helpful and clued in on what I needed. Order was placed and paid over the phone, and was received in about 4 days. The goods ordered arrived exactly as ordered and worked fine. Brilliant service, will be using you again... - Finally, is there anything we can do to improve our service?”
