When I insisted on them being exchanged or returned the operator said he would send out replacements and he was actually sending an email as we speak with an attached returns note.

Parts arrived damaged and the returns process was quick and easy but the replacements haven’t arrived...and despite calls to the company. Nobody is getting back to me with delivery dates or arrangements...poor customer support I’m afraid.

Ordering and delivery time were great however this was not matched by the warehouse who sent incorrect lamps.
I had to phone, wait for a returns note, print it, re-package the lamps and take it all to the post office.
One week later, still not heard a thing - pretty poor customer service.

Who pays for the return postage?
Who pays for the wasted electrician time?
Who pays for the difficulty and nuisance of taking a large package to a Post Office (have you ever tried to find a Post Office now?)?
If you are into having a website and selling on-line, then you should make far better arrangements for returns particularly when it is your mistake.

After calling straight away and taking my pictures of the fault and emailing them over, completing the Returns Form and boxing up the light to send back (lots involved there), I did receive a replacement which seems ok.
