“Thank you for the excellent LED Fluorescent Light Units they were straight forward to fit and functioned very well - they are also really bright. The website was easy to use and to place an order. There is some good information there too. When I enquired about something, the staff were helpful. The delivery of my lights, compared to the modern standards of other suppliers, left a bit to be desired, in taking eight days to get here i.e. from Monday of one week to Tuesday the following week. However, I did not choose "next day delivery". The delivery distance is less than thirty miles, from Leicester to Coventry.”

“I haven’t purchased anything from this company before. The staff was very efficient, the bulbs were reasonably priced and fast dispatch. One of the bulbs turned out to be faulty but was replaced very quickly. Would use them again. Joe (Chislehurst Kent)”

“Took three attempts to get my order right, which was only for three bulbs. Sales staff let down by warehouse staff. Thank you to Mika for finally getting it sorted. Hopefully the bulbs performance will make it worthwhile.”

“Overall I am happy with my purchase from WLED, I only awarded four stars as there some improvements needed, firstly the lady that took down my address wrote down the wrong post code luckily I noticed when I reviewed my order on line, secondly the clips and end caps for the aluminium profiles were of no use for several reasons, thirdly the cardboard tube was broken that the profiles were delivered in, finally it would be good if you stocked different connectors as I had difficulty sourcing suitable connectors to connect the cable from the driver to the twin cable that fed the LED's and from this cable to the LEE's themselves”

“Good price, quick delivery and nice lights. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommended these lights. Cool white is quite bright, so if you want more subdued light, soft white may be best.”

“I contacted WLED on 2nd Jan and was asked to email a diagram of the lighting I required so that I could receive a quote. I called back later that day to check that the email had been received and was told that it had but there would be a few days delay as the company had been shut over the Christmas and New Year period and they had a backlog. I rang again on the 10th Jan as I hadn't received the quote and was told to resubmit my diagram. I waited until the 25th Jan when I rang again as I still hadn't heard anything and was told to resubmit my diagram. About 30 minutes later I received the quote. The following day I ordered the lights and they arrived on the 4th Feb but part of the order had been sent incorrectly. Finally today, 8th Feb the correct parts have arrived and I have fitted the lights. The product is good but the customer service very poor.”

“Received the lights promptly and as described. Very good service. Was impressed with the description of the various different LED lights available which was not available elsewhere. One minor gripe was we had difficulty navigating the website, probably because of the variety of lights available and our lack of knowledge.”

“Why did I not find Wholesale LED Lights sooner. Good range of lights, easy to navigate the website. Easy ordering process, a bonus that both my orders qualified for free delivery. Took about the right time to be delivered. Very happy with the quality of the products. Will most definitely use Wholesale Led Lights again and will recommend them to family and friends.”
