“I've ordered a lot lamps from you without any hassle, however, this time I ordered 6x 3.3w GU10s to go into a room which was already using the 3.3w. Without asking me, I was sent 7w cobs. When I called up to ask I was told the 3.3w was redundant and out of stock. Someone should have called me to explain this before they sent the 7w which doesn't go with my current 3.3w.”

Hello Amir, I do apologise about the inconvenience that was caused, we do normally call anyone if we would need to swap them over to a different product. We have had some of the 3.3w arrive since your order was dispatched. I shall send you an e-mail with the returns info to get the 7w back so we can swap it over to the 3.3w. Kindest Regards, George

“very delighted with the lights but dont know what bulbs to buy for them. Would be helpful if one bulb was even sent with them. But overall delighted with the product”

“Order online easy to do and order arrived well within allotted time! Staff kept me well informed at each stage of dispatch. I needed to exchange product and staff were extremely helpful and kept in touch as to process. I was kept in touch at each stage and exchanged goods sent out immediately. “I found the website very user friendly, in particular the comparison between the old and new wattage rating to help me determine which LED spotlights I needed for my garden lighting project. Placed an order, had confirmations regularly and the products were delivered promptly. The LED spotlights are fantastic - compact, well made and exactly what I needed to do this project - I would highly recommend both the company and their products.”

“Your sales team were excellent at answering all my queries regarding the light output of the led floodlight. The floodlight has replaced a 100w incandescent bulk head light fitting and the light output is just as good from the led at a fraction of the power. The floodlight was delivered very promptly and was as described. I will certainly use your company again. Well done.”
