“FedEx delivered package to wrong address and it took days to retrieve it. Even though I had paid for Next-day delivery nobody seemed in the least concerned by my plight”

“The quality of the items supplied was excellent. What was not very good was the manner in which I was fobbed off by various customer service people when I was trying to find out when my order would be delivered. I ordered the items in December 2016 and did not get my delivery until March. When I ordered the items there was no indication that they were out of stock and that I would have to wait so long.”

“The bulbs I received are a great product. The problem was that delivery took 7 weeks. I did contact them after waiting for a couple of weeks and was told the bulbs were out of stock. However, the website showed "in stock". I then had to call again when the bulbs did not appear on the date I was told. To be fair, they did refund the P&P and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic, but the length of time to get a couple of bulbs would make me think twice before ordering from here again.”

“I had to chase up when I might expect to receive my order because I didn't receive a confirmation email to say that my order had been received or despatched. Because it was the first time I had used this website, it made me a little nervous. However, my order did eventually arrive after I chased it up.”

“easy ordering,however a member of staff forgot to order goods from Cyprus,and therefore delivery was extended,but in saying that goods were then overnighted to meet my delivery deadline,and the staff dealing with that were very understanding and dillgent,so at the end of the day its ok,but the member of staff in qustestion need a knuckle wrapped”

“The room lit up when I opened the parcel . It was electrifying to say the least, more positive than negative. Good price and delivery prompt. Strange I think it was cheaper on your E bay shop than website ? I've adapted a lantern to 12 volt for our old boat.”
