“I was very excited to receive my 100 piece lot of personal care with cosmetics. The shipping was lightning fast. Received box in great condition. I received some amazing products. I did receive 8/100 items that were damaged and unsellable. I got 20 pieces of cosmetics and the 8 damaged items were all lipsticks. They were opened and/or damaged/used products. Although at first I was disappointed, I am going to purchase another lot of personal care for a 2nd try.”

“I waited to get my second lot to actually give wholesale ninjas a review. My first general merchandise pallet was absolutely worth it. Very good quality items. Was able to make a profit. Now my second box lot of general merchandise was absolutely trash. About 85% of items were from China. I would have never bought this lot had I known that. Yes its unmanifested but at least have items close to what is described on their site. I got VERY cheap items that I know I won't be able to sell. I will give them one last try before I can decide if I will order from them again. It's either a hit or miss with wholesale ninjas.”

“I only ordered a box, but the products I received were in very good condition. Almost all the sale labels were removed and other than manufacturing defects, there were no damages to the products.”

“First time ordering a pallet from any wholesaler. Very professionally packaged and broken down and fast shipping. I had a breakage box and Ninja had a replacement within 2 or 3 days. Overall though the Target pallet was just OK for what I am trying to do which is online sales. Most of the items I received would incur too much shipping cost so they would need to be sold in person. I am learning a whole new business.”

“I LOVED all the products I got from wholesale Ninjas. They are an impeccable company that I think any company would have a hard time matching. The quality of the products is top notch and the way they package their items you can truly tell they care about their products and their customers. I purchased a 500 piece lot of name brand make up and one of the eye shadows in one of the bags opened and was all over the other products in that bag. If it were any other company the entire 500 piece lot would have been covered in eyeshadow. Since they package their products the way they do, only a few were unsellable. Because of this, when I contacted them they gave me a coupon code for money off of my next order. Awesome products, great customer service and I will continue to use them to source my makeup and HBA for resale. If you're on the fence about ordering, don't be. The best liquidation company I have found! On a side note, the shipment was late, but that was NOT their fault. It was delayed due to issues at a facility they had no control over.”

“I have placed 3 orders with this company and had issues with every order. This company will not respond to email and leaving messages in their voice mail or answering service is a waste of time. My first question was regarding a mistake I made ordering and it was never resolved. The communication is zero with this vendor. The New target pallet is all items that Target could not sell and making your money back will not happen. The makeup lot is worthless and the personal care is also worthless. I hate to leave such a negative review but the lack of communication and follow through with this company is a major negative for me. If there are growing pains with Wholesale Ninjas than this review may encourage them to reach out to me. I will revise my accurate feedback with any type of communication.”

“Highly Recommend Wholesale Ninjas. I have purchased several times to be able to truly provide an honest review. Once your ordered is place your shipment areas quickly. Everything is packed well enough to avoid damage. Everything is brand new. I ordered clothing which was nice that they all had labels/tags, because its better for reselling. For any issues you can contact customer service and the are quick to reply and very professional. I get daily update emails to tell me what they are offering, which I love. Trust me, they are a great company to do business with, you won't be disappointed!”
