“Some items were not new, stickers on some items. 1/2 of the case count was makeup brand I have never heard of. Unsaleable junk!!!”

Hi Gabriela, Thank you for doing business with us. The lot you bought is an unmanifested lot listing that has sample pictures in the listing. We have over 25,000 different products that can be in your lot at any given time, so our photos do not provide the full view of every possible item that could be in an unmanifested lot. If you buy a manifested lot, we guarantee that the items in the pictures are the items you will receive. I hope this information is helpful, and we can better serve you in the future. Happy selling!

“Overall, I'm happy with my order. Shipping cost is great. Condition of the items is great as well. I didn't get the items that were pictured. I got a lot of low dollar items but I think I can make my money back. Maybe I will try a different category next time or a manifested lot.”

“I have purchased 3 lots so far with your company. The first lot I received with household items was wonderful. the lot with clothes was good also, but I got a personal care lot I was very disappointed in as most items were outdated and or open not sealed and I cannot resell these items and was a huge disappointment. I will most definitely not make any money on that personal care lot and won't be getting one of those again.”

“everything is good, except that you used to offer free shipping on all orders, and now you are charging for that. remember that buyers love free shipping”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. In order to give you the fastest service, we did have to start charging a flat fee for shipping. We are only charging a flat fee of $30 for shipping our lots, this fee is only charged once per order. You can order 5 lots and only pay one flat fee of $30 for that order.
