“I have purchased multiple boxes from wholesale ninjas and have never had a problem with them. Recently I decided to splurge and buy my first “pallet”. Which was the all star package. I wanted to purchase to try and resell to help support my two kiddos as times have been tough. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed as the two bigger boxes from Amazon weren’t what I had expected. One box had a bottle of some sort of car oil/grease in it that was individually bagged but had still managed to leak all over everything. I salvaged whatever I could but I had to toss over 50 items that I could not get grease/oil off off. The other box had some glass items that had broke inside. The nail polish, makeup, jewelry and ect was all packaged nicely however. I felt like I was at a huge loss financially but I will still continue to support and purchase the smaller boxes for personal use.”

“I reached out after my order as there was too many open products in my order. I got one response asking for pictures which I provided. After I emailed the pictures I got ghosted. Several emails with no replies for updates just nothing. Horrible customer service and their guarantee that 95% is undamaged and unexpired is a joke. Because a guarantee means they will take care of it if it isn't right but they dont.”

“The box i got was good. The only thing i didn't like was tha it has like 10%of the items expiring this months which mean i couldn't sell them as i mainly sell online besides that everything else was good.”

“Items received were junk. Really nothing to be sold or used. I have bought several half pallets and full pallets and have always been able to make my money back plus some. With the 75 items I purchased from you it is stuff that cannot be sold online or in a garage sale. Items that need put together but their is no clue what the item is or how to put together.”

“I have purchased from Wholesale Ninjas 6 times now both lots and pallets. I have gotten only a couple of items that were slightly damaged on the packaging other than that everything has been extremely good in condition and what I received as a product. I would like to see more of the variety of items as they grow with other companies they always get great merchandise to sell not only on different websites but also works well in flea markets and garage sales. Please note if you purchase from Wholesale Ninjas anything they sell you will make money because their products are always things people can use. They are a company you can trust and the people there are friendly and very helpful. I have never had to return any item because they are that nice.”

“You get 5 star for them around time and delivery. The items are mostly junk and there are only a few good ones. I also know that it does not cost $180 to ship 8 Boxes from DE to NJ. One of my pallets had at least two boxes of things I wouldn't be able to even get a dollar for. The jewelry promo was nice, but the major of the items are going to be difficult for reals”

“I received my order in a timely manner. My only issue was some of items expiration dates were close to expiring. Also, there was a live spider in one of my items. I will still purchase from Wholesale Ninjas again.”
