“I didn’t receive any note in the mailbox, nor SMS nor email that the parcel arrived. It looks like the post man didn’t even try to deliver it as I was home every day last week. Only upon checking the tracking it says that it is waiting at the post office. I don’t know if that is Australia Post‘s fault or yours, just thought I let you know. Thanks.”

Hello Vera, Thank you for letting us know. We do have an automated system that emails the tracking details on dispatch and it connects with Australia Posts delivery system to send updates via email. Unfortunately we have no control over Australia Post and if the system is sending up to date information. We will reach out to them though. Thank you Belinda

Hello Michael, thank you for your message and sorry to hear that you're disappointed. We've checked into your order and our team despatched your order less than 24 hours after it was received, which is great as the day you submitted your order it was actually a Public Holiday here in Victoria. In regards to delivery times, both Australia Post and a Courier Service estimate the delivery time from Melbourne to your location in Queensland to be 4 - 5 business days as a standard so I'm not sure we'll achieve a different result if we use a courier service. From our end, we've done our very best to get your order processed and out to you as soon as we could. As for the delivery times, unfortunately, we have to rely on our freight partners and that is beyond our control. If you do have any concerns or anything further that we can assist you with, please feel free to contact our customer service team directly via phone or email.
