Hello Mary, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your order. The best and quickest place for customer service enquiries is directly via email or phone. I have checked and we processed your order on the 20th and received it on Sunday the 19th. It is out for delivery today. Why it took Australia Post a week to deliver your order is unclear, however they are taking a lot longer to process orders due to the large increase of online orders. Wholesome Hub has done everything possible to get your order to you quickly. It is shame that we have received a poor review for Australia Post's service when we have processed your order quickly. “I believe the website was very unclear. I dont know if its a trick to try and con people in to buying. But to call a single bottle "24 bottles" in the headline. I was under the impression I was purchasing 3x boxes of bottles not 3 individual bottles. The bottles them self are really good and delivery was fast. I just think that it needs to be made clear what is getting purchased. I google searched wholesale stainless bottles and your site was one of the tops and the first heading I read was for the purchase of 24 bottles in stainless.. That's what I believed I was purchasing”

Hello Scott, I am sorry to hear that you feel you may have been mislead by thinking you were buying 24 Bottles instead of one. The brand is actually called 24Bottles. Please do feel free to return the bottles for a full refund used or not if you are not happy with your purchase. I did a quick google search and see that the only difference between us and the brand owner is that there was a space in our data between '24 Bottles', I have now fixed this on our site to read 24Bottles. Google will take some time to refresh this on the search though. Again my apologies, we created Wholesome Hub to offer great products and solutions to healthy living for people and planet and would never intentionally mislead some one. Hello Rosemarie, Sorry to hear your order isn't with you yet. We sent it straight away, we do know that Australia Post are having some issues with delivering to WA and QLD.
