Hello Mary, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your order. The best and quickest place for customer service enquiries is directly via email or phone. I have checked and we processed your order on the 20th and received it on Sunday the 19th. It is out for delivery today. Why it took Australia Post a week to deliver your order is unclear, however they are taking a lot longer to process orders due to the large increase of online orders. Wholesome Hub has done everything possible to get your order to you quickly. It is shame that we have received a poor review for Australia Post's service when we have processed your order quickly.
