“The replacement product failed to perform as expected. It still encountered the same issues that made the original product unsatisfactory.
Customer Service: While I appreciate wholesuits's willingness to send a replacement, the customer service experience was less than ideal. The process was slow and did not provide any resolution to my concerns.
