Had COLD call from Whoopsie (despite being on TPS opt out). Told policy had elapsed and we could now get new policy for £20 per month. We have NEVER had a policy with Whoopsie. Caller wouldn't take no for an answer.

Despite being registered with TPS my elderly relative was cold called and signed up for a service that was not required. I think a 3rd party were involved. To be fair this was very swiftly and proactively remedied by Whoopsie who are investigating how this happened, cancelled the policy and say a bouquet of flowers are on their way. Top communication once they realised there was a problem.

As the comments written on my previous review state , I have been in contact with the customer service team and the problem has now been sorted and I have been assured that the direct debit has been cancelled. They apologised and said they would be in contact with the person who had spoken to me. So all sorted very promptly, thankfully.

They were at my house within 2 hours and now I have hot water again. I highly recommend this company.

I told them I wanted to see the paperwork before I agreed to any contract, they said they didn't work like that and that the paperwork would be sent 3-5 days and the money would come out in 7 days. I said I did not give permission to take any money as I needed to to see the paperwork first. I then said I didn't want to do business with them and did not want to proceed Luckily I phoned my bank , and surprise, surprise they had actually set up a direct debit, which I immediately cancelled. So all I can say, is be very careful with this company.

They fixed my water leak within 2 hours as promised. They have even scheduled my boiler service for next week. One happy customer who wants to win the £250 prize!

I took out cover for boiler emergy and service , I have had no paperwork or emails apart from to tell me when my money is going out so I dont even know what I am covered for.

I recently left a review stating that no one was contacting me I take this back it was in fact my emails putting them into junk and not making them visible, the team were extremely helpful and my boiler service is booked

Was not told about a cancellation fee when I took out a rolling monthly plan with no fixed contract and was charged £30 upon cancellation.

I can't seem to get anyone to respond to the boiler service request, website is confusing there is nonoption to just select a service, give filled in the form about the times and sent 2 nessages now to your customer but do far no response quite dissapointing

I've had several issues with this company's service. I had a lot of trouble getting them to respond to my requests for maintenance, as part of my subscription. It eventually took several months and having to get back to them numerous times before my boiler was eventually serviced. Their website is generally confusing to use, and it actually went down for a short while and there was no way to get back to them. Not great for a company whose business is to help people when they have an emergency.
