“the 1st time we erected the gazebo every thing was going fine until the final push of the top poles when 1 snapped in half. the poles are very flimsy, I am only small and don't have a lot of strength so it didn't take a lot for it to break, luckely we have managed to replace with a temporary pole as i need it for a craft fair on 22nd April people should be warned that the poles are not very strong,”

“There was no problem with the ordering of the goods and the the delivery but the box was half open and taped up and looked bashed and whilst, when we built up the garden cupboard, there were three pieces either broken or cracked and we were therefore very disappointed in the state of the box and the pieces inside. We needed the cupboard urgently otherwise it would have been returned, we had to tape up one of the shelves and fit the broken part in with tape and the missing piece in the door is still there as the missing piece was not there loose in the box. Obviously this has been returned by a previous customer and no-one has taken the time to properly repack it or ensure that all pieces were intact. Overall therefore not a happy customer and will not certainly be recommending your company to anyone. Very poor and our photos of the packaging and broken parts reflect this. In fact it would be very nice if someone came back to me and explained how you could possibly send out such shoddy goods.”

“Excellent ordering and delivery experience and the chair was easy to put up BUT my first client sat on the chair and their trousers dyed the seat/fake leather, I contacted customer services but they said it was classed as wear and tear. Gutted x”

“We ordered a triple sleeper , came the very next day . Fab delivery. Only downfall was there was holes missing to attach the side of the top bunk on which we ended up having to do ourselves. Also some of the instructions are very unclear which meant we had to change a lot of the parts round. Fab bed”
