“Customer service after sales is awful. Had a problem with hot tub, reply was useless. Sent another email no reply. If the hot tub does not work next summer I will be looking for a full refund. I have opened communications with trading standards so that there is evidence of complaint.if I could give no stars I would”

“My actual shopping experience was fine, they delivered promptly when they said they would. However the quality of the bed they delivered was not good and actually already had shoddy repairs made to the wood where they had tried to cover up splits in it. It wasn’t expensive so I guess you get what you pay for, but still I’d have preferred it to have been a new bed than an obvious second or return item.”

“I must say, I was a little apprehensive about using this company after reading some of the reviews. I am glad I didn't take any notice. Item ordered, and arrived next day, less than 24 hours later. Cheaper than anywhere else, not damaged. overall an excellent experience after being screwed around and item lost by Groupon. Thank you”

“Although i had to have 3 attempts at getting an undamaged item, the Customer Service staff were very polite and efficient. Each time I called, they immediately arranged to send out a replacement item - no quibbles at all. This type of service would encourage me to buy from Wido again.”

“I bought the salon bed for my daughter it’s a bit expensive and has a three flaws. Firstly the welding on it is poor discoloured where the joints are. It was heated to high and has yellow stains which doesn’t look nice. Secondly the peddle was put on iupside down (easy fixed) Thirdly and most importantly the lifting mechanism is very hard and the chrome is rusty just underneath Which I’m really not impressed with.”
