Hi I am sorry to hear this, I have looked into the order and can see the order was placed on the 8/3/2020 past the 3pm cut off point for next day delivery. Your order was picked on the 9/3/2020 at 8:40am, shipped with tuffnells and signed for on the 10/3/2020 13:37 by yourself. I can also not see any emails from yourself either? Hi I am sorry you feel this way I have looked into the order and can see unfortunately due to the time in which you messaged to cancel the order the item was already shipped. We offer next working day delivery so once an order is placed the same day it is shipped out. Any cancellation would need to be put in the same day i do apologise Many thanks Ellie

“Quite amazed by speed of delivery of the Kingfisher bistro set - within 24 hours - and I'm very pleased with the tables and chairs which are much more robust than they appear to be in the picture. My weight of 16 stone (100Kg) sits comfortably on a chair, the table is a good size, and the colour (turqouse) looks great on the patio. The set has already been admired by my neighbour. Overall, I'm really pleased to have discovered the Wido website and I'm sure I'll be buying more from them in the future.”

“Excellent service from WIDO.Purchased garden roller one day and it arrived the next. Can’t ask for better than that! Roller filled with water is just what I needed for my newly laid turf lawn. Easy to assemble. Tip: fix the scrapper bar on the frame before assembling handle/frame to the roller drum. Holes for bolts not in line and difficult to line up once split pins are fixed. Very pleased with this purchase. Also cheaper than Amazon and others.”

“We bought a massage couch which came without instructions. The courier company were shockingly bad. We had next day delivery and waited all day, but the couch didn’t arrive - no call to let us know it wasn’t coming. The following day I got a message at 09:30 to say it was arriving between 07:00-12:00. I headed for the studio and by 12:15 it still hadn’t arrived. I phoned them again to say it still hadn’t arrived. I was told he’d be there in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I made another call to be told he’d be then in 10 minutes. He did eventually arrive. After the driver left we opened the box to find a radiator! The driver had delivered the wrong item. Fortunately, the delivery address on the radiator box was only 2 minutes away so I shot round to find the driver delivering our massage couch to a guy that’s renovating his house. It was all sorted in the end but it was a poor and stressful experience. Additionally, the phone number is a premium rate and I ended up with a £60 bill! I'd never use again and I wouldn't recommend either - shockingly bad.”
