“We ordered 12 packs of 120cm large supposedly heavy duty steel framed 5 tier shelving. The items supplied arrived promptly but when assembled they are no where near the standard as described. They are not fit for a heavy duty purpose, Please refund me.”

“the first purchase of a greensolar parasol was broken but the lady on customer servicves was very helpful an got me a new replacement as im a pensioner an disabled £50 is a lot of money to me i i expected it to be in good order when it arrived but thanking that young lady for her help i got what i ordered an in workable order i will be ordering more things from you again”

“Shopping experience very good. Product bought was of cheap quality. The assembly instructions on a 'Medium radiator cover' were abysmal. Strangely too the package and product has a strong smell of fish that lasted for a week. You obviously get what you pay for.”

“Ordering and delivery was great. The cabinet wasn’t rocket science to put together but the instructions weren’t great. We were also missing all the “I” screws all 8 of them so had to use ones we already had. I don’t know who measured this cabinet but they obviously didn’t use British measurements as no way can the cabinet come down to the size in the “features” part of the description it’s larger. Thank goodness we could accommodate the extra width.”
