“Very disappointed that the marble Parasol stand i purchased had been cracked and glued back together. Phoned up and they asked for a photo of the damage which i did straight away;after 48hr nobody had come back to me. I then phoned again and a chap said he would send another but currently out of stock, but would notify me when it was in. Disappointedly , after another 48hr i was notified by emailthat the item was OOS (presumably out of stock) and a refund would be issued.”

“Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the delivery. I suppose to have my parcel on Friday never came. I have to call many times Tuffnells is the company how does the delivery and the don’t have a good costumer service is rubbish. Finally I had my parcel on Monday afternoon. Very disappointed ☹️”
