I did n’t receive the ordered item and customer care is really poor. I tried to ring customer service but does not exist. Phone hangs up says we are very busy yes everyone is complaining and then line goes dead. Emailed them and received reply to say courier left with someone called mark. This is a business and I had left for the day, courier had called me and I told them I was not there. Courier had lied and left with who? As not put any card through the door. Avoid this company as they do not ensure that customer received item and satisfied. Email states on order will get tracking number on dispatch did not receive a dispatch note. All very poor.

Was impressed with price of my beauty trolley and updates on delivery but sad to say arrived very damaged all 3 shelves bent

Item not arrived ordered on the 6th December & said next day delivery, still waiting. Can't review the product yet

The box to my parcel was wet and ripped and the corner of my dressing table was broke

Have not received order yet, should have been next day delivery, ordered on 29th November.

Hi Ken Many thanks for your feedback We do offer a next working day delivery when ordered before 3pm. I have just checked up on your order for you and can see it was placed on 29th November @ 3.36pm and therefor the scheduled delivery date is today.. I have contacted our couriers and been advised that your item was delivered this morning at 8:30am which is the correct delivery date for your item. Many thanks Leigh Customer Care Team @ Wido
