“I needed a good quality treatment bed delivered quickly, everyone else was more expensive with long delivery times but Wido was fast and unexpectedly good quality. Would recommend”

“I bought the rattan 2 person swing chair. Fantastic product and exceptional value. There was a small issue with a missing part, but this was resolved quickly and efficiently by the Customer Service team. A great Company, would highly recommend them to everyone.”

“:i was supposed to recieve my order on wednesday. i called on thursday and apparently the delivery driver had said my parcel has been delivered and signed fir which is false! i called again to say that didnt happend. the driver then changed his story to say he left it in the concierge. this is also false as i have no concierge. i called again and was told the driver will come on friday back to were he left my item and give me a call. this did not happen. i could have ordered thsi item from so many palces but i only chose wido because it said next day delivery which is a lie. after reading many reviews i see that this happens on a regular basis with this company. very dissappointing that the company doesnt live to its name, and is fooling peole. clearly the delivery drivers are not serious and just left my parcel werever they felt like. it could have been taken for all i know. i dont even wabt my order anymore i will order it from elsewere which i kmow to be more reliable and make sure to not use wido again. so dissappointed.”

“Bought "toy box with seat", advertised as wood - turned out to be melamine coated chipboard. Instructions for self assembly - pictures did not match correct positioning of parts, predrilled holes for hinges badly positioned, slot for hardboard insert not fully cut. Will not purchase Wido again and will not recommend.”

“Totally impressed with the whole transaction - my first with Wido - and also the Kingfisher metal bistro set which was delivered by DHL within 24 hours of the order being placed. The table and chairs are much stronger than anticipated and a chair holds my 16 stone (100Kg) + comfortably. The colour is brilliant. I'm pleased that I found Wido and if my experience is typical then I highly recommend the company.”
