“Have never received my item that I paid £169 for! Guaranteed next day delivery and I am still waiting for it 5 days later. Lack of communication, terrible customer service and nothing gets resolved quickly. Will not be ordering from this website again.”

“Fast delivery. Not used as yet but looks good. The only thing is, mine has bright lime green wheels and no logo on the side so not as per picture when I purchased. Quick response from customer service when this was queried.”

“Product is great, can't complain about the cost as was a bargain, customer service poor, stated 24 hour delivery if ordered before 2pm, took over 48 hours to come, I emailed a complaint and got told system was faulty which delayed dispatch which I can understand, complaint was not taken seriously as no response from second email, site states you will be notified of dispatch, I received no email about delay and no email when dispatched, very bad customer service.”
