“I have asked to return this wall hairdryer it is not what we expected or not very well made there is no way it will fit into the arm also it is not new it looks all marked round the fitting as though some one else as had it . I have requested my money back but not heard back yet so please can you help Janice sharing-doherty”

“After wondering where my parcel was, a neighbour knocked on my door to say he had taken delivery of my parcel a couple of days earlier. I had not received a note through my door or an e mail from wido to say where the parcel was. As well as this the box was damaged, see attached photo. From the dimensions on the box I decided that the item was going to be too small for what I wanted it for so I contacted wido by e mail for a return for which they would only use tuffnalls at a cost of £15 or I could find my own arrangements.”

“I was asked to pay for the product ( wheelie bin ) but then received an email the next day saying they were out of stock! I was told the money would be refunded and asked to put myself on the waiting list. Please can you put my name on the waiting list and inform me when the bins are available to buy”

“Gorgeous item so pleased with this as wanted a table and chairs suitable for my 4.5 year old daughter with storage. It's very stylish and took hardly any time at all to put together. As promised next day delivery with the added bonus of a very attractive delivery driver (I appreciate this might differ for future order 😆) Thank you”

“It arrived at the correct time item was in good condition but box all ripped and dented put item together for my great neices birthday and when you press the ears as advertized nothing happens no noises etc too late to send back but dissapointed”

“Ordered a garden swinging chair for an event. It didn't arrive and after chasing Wido, we discovered 4 weeks later it had been sent to the wrong address 5 miles away in the countryside. Still no refund 6 weeks on and the event is finished. Ridiculous.”

“I ordered the garden set and was being delivered on the Monday when I noticed that for some the door number was incorrect and after phoning them and explaining a very pleasant lady sorted it out by phoning the courier and it was delivered to me that afternoon. Thank you your staff are amazing.”
